Due to increased growth, we are looking to recruit a number of Freight Tracking (FTD) Co-ordinators to join us on a permanent, full-time basis working the following shift patterns; Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00.

The Role

As a FTD (Freight Tracking) Co-ordinator, you will support the delivery of an effective freight tracking service working a shift pattern at our client’s site in Findern.

Acting as a first point of contact for customers, you will efficiently manage and resolve customer queries, quickly escalating issues to your line manager when appropriate.

Supporting our operations, you will check the accuracy of manifest paperwork against planned parts collection data and enter data into the Freight Tracking system.

Additionally, you will create load sheets according to routes and manufacturing plant destinations as well as completing and distributing customer reports.

About You

To be considered as a Freight Tracking (FTD) Co-ordinators, you will need:

- A calm and professional attitude when dealing with difficult situations
- The ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, and accurately; asks questions to ensure understanding.
- The ability to deliver an effective customer service both internally and externally
- Good IT skills
- A continuous improvement approach to processes or procedures to improve efficiency
- A full, valid driving licence, and access to your own vehicle (due to our location)

Please note, you will be required to work a 3-shift system on a Monday to Friday basis.
