Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives and a focus on minimizing resistance while maximizing engagement.
- Communication Excellence: Design, execute, and lead a robust communication plan tailored to various stakeholder groups, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information dissemination.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis, understanding their needs, concerns, and the impact of change on their roles. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure support and buy-in.
- Training and Support: Develop targeted training programs and support mechanisms, equipping employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful transition.
- Impact Analysis and Mitigation: Perform detailed impact analyses to understand the effects of the transition on different business units and personnel, developing strategies to mitigate negative impacts.
- Resistance Management: Proactively identify areas of resistance, implementing tailored strategies to address concerns and foster positive acceptance of change.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of change management and communication efforts, providing regular reports to leadership and adjusting as necessary.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all change management and communication activities, ensuring knowledge is shared and accessible for future reference.
- Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support post-implementation, addressing any emerging issues or concerns to ensure the stability and success of the new system.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and refine change management and communication strategies, ensuring they remain effective and relevant.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or industry related certification is preferred but not essential.
- Highly proven experience in change management with a strong focus on communication, particularly in CRM/ERP implementations.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, both onsite and remotely.
