Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Supply Chain Systems, the Global Kinaxis Lead will be system owner of the Kinaxis Rapid response model, responsible for governance, improvement and end-user support of the system. You will provide first level support within the end-user community providing resolution of issues and any relevant training. You will also seek out improvements in the way we use the system to simplify our processes and create greater efficiencies within the system. As well as technical improvements you will also develop process improvements in the form of reporting outputs.

You will also take on some responsibilities within the digital roadmap of Supply Chain Systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Kinaxis User Support
- Act as Tier 1 support for Global Seqirus end user community.
- Develop a good technical level of knowledge of Kinaxis and how it is used for Flu Planning
- Develop a good level of business knowledge within Seqirus Supply Chain to understand the issues presented and develop the right solution.
- Responsible for the change process for Kinaxis in Seqirus, including governance, business collaboration and progress management.
- Project manage improvements to ensure the appropriate collaboration between partners and requirements are understood with targeted milestones.
- Act as a gatekeeper to ensure the way Seqirus use Kinaxis Rapid response remains aligned at all sites.
- Collaborate with the CSL Centre of Excellence to reolve issues that require more technical solutions.
- Responsible for keeping informed about the changes that are occurring with the CSL Kinaxis Centre of Excellence and assessing the impact to the Seqirus
- Accountable for keeping Kinaxis relevant training documentation current.
- Acts as Kinaxis SME to support any changes or projects that improve the Kinaxis Rapid Response system or the way we use it.

Project management
- Project manage other small to medium projects identified as part of the Supply Chain digital strategy, including the following aspects:

- Play an important role in the development of one or more elements of the Seqirus Supply Chain business in collaboration relevant partners (planning, logistics, warehouse, CMO) and team members (manufacturing, engineering, IT, quality, regulatory affairs) and external partners where required.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and partners to ensure project requirements and constraints are developed and understood.
- Leads or facilitates teams to help increase value, time, resources and risks, providing clear direction to project teams.
- Develop project budgets for inclusion in Seqirus OPEX and CAPEX annual Supply Chain budgets
- Develops and tracks relevant project goals and communicates project progress and risks to project team members and partners, including timely provision of project reports/dashboards
- Present and report on project progress to partners as part of digital transformation governance.
- Under general direction of Supply Chain Systems Head and functional owner, support business process change management activities.

Other:

- Completes individual training and maintains a state of compliance
- Follows all safety requirements
- Supports communication/updates

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required

Experience Requirements
- 5+ years experience in planning, design and implementation of manufacturing technologies
- Experience of end-to-end Supply Chain
- And ability to develop business cases
