- Coordinate the ComEx cluster team in order to deliver accurate and efficient outcomes, represent the cluster team at a Global Comex level
- Lead the inclusion of Omnichannel marketing and customer/ stakeholder activation into the Cluster brand plans
- Develop the OC activities for GRT Brands and manage the cross functional operational delivery in Country
- Lead the business in the appropriate change management to encourage adoption and use of Omnichannel
- Understand customer/stakeholder/ patient journeys by combining internal & external sources with the aim to use insights and foresight to guide decisions affecting our customers
- Prepare OC change management strategy/ processes; create communication plan and implement the plan
- Management of agencies, budgets and evaluation of effectiveness of OCM through development and review of the right KPIs
- To act as an internal consultant within the business by positioning and leading the understanding and engagement with OC across the company
- Ensure continuous communication with all Cluster functions and Global Commercial, Brand and OC Teams on key OC projects and live GRT values and behaviours
- Work with Global Commercial Excellence & OC Teams, to ensure Digital/OC capability building in the market; train operational and brand teams on OC; coordinate workshops to enhance OC skills and capabilities.
- Work closely, in coordination and in alignment with Global Teams, in execution of global content and channels in the Cluster in accordance with Compliance rules as well as giving feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with the Global team in priority channels’ deployment, global content implementation, and delivery of Local OC Initiatives’ analytics data
- To learn, review and evolve work from other GRT countries where appropriate for the Cluster
- To maintain external networks to ensure we are knowledgeable about OC developements
**What you'll bring to the table**
- Graduate degree as well as business / marketing qualification is an asset
- Significant commercial experience including omnichannel marketing
- Proven record of working across different functions in defining new processes
- Dynamic team player, motivated to work in a competitive environment
- Strong analytical and communications skills, able to work with multiple teams
- Pharmaceutical and digital agency experience are important assets
- Experience in managing and communicating with partners, and agencies
- Interested in the digital world's new trends and seen as an ‘expert’ in OC
- Curiosity for customer and patient journey mapping driving process changes
- Direct experience of customer consent acquisition and retention campaigns
