Office Administration Apprentice

Due to an increase in business Arnold Laver and Company Limited, part of the National Timber Group are seeking to strengthen their team by appointing an Office Administration Apprentice at their Hymor Timber Branch in Stoke-on-Trent at Scotia Business Park, Scotia Rd, Tunstall, ST6 4HG.
**Main Duties**:
- Responsible for the checking and approving of sales orders
- Training on the use of software in the areas of profile drawings and template manufacture
- Responsible for checking of accuracy of profile drawings
- Responsible ensuring documentation standards are complied with.
- Taking an active role in customer management requirements
- Liaising with Head Office functions when required
- Supporting the Sales Team and branch administrator member in all administrative matters
- At all times work in a safe and responsible manner so as not to endanger your colleagues, customers, stock, plant, machinery or buildings.
**Hours, Salary and Benefits**:
- This is a full-time role working a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
- Starting salary is above Apprentice National Minimum Wage
- 30 days holiday per year including the eight public (Bank) holidays
- Christmas and New Year shutdown
