Curchods Estate Agents are seeking a motivated, creative and experienced **Marketing Executive** to join our in-house marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of marketing disciplines, helping to raise the profile of our brand, showcase our properties and support our network of offices. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns and activity across the Curchods network.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Events & Sponsorships**
- Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of events.
- Support the management of sponsorship agreements, ensuring marketing materials are delivered and sponsorships are promoted across all channels.

**Public Relations**
- Draft and distribute press releases to relevant media contacts.
- Manage press requests and proactively secure additional coverage for the company, our properties and community involvement.

**Content Creation & Marketing Collateral**
- Produce engaging property-related content, including blog articles, newsletters and brochures, to enhance customer engagement and promote our services.
- Support the design, production and distribution of marketing collateral across digital and print platforms.

**Advertising & Print Management**
- Assist with the booking, organising and delivery of print advertising campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate the company’s print ordering system to support our network of offices with branded materials.

**Social Media**
- Develop, schedule and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

**Reporting**
- Produce reports measuring the success of marketing campaigns and activity
