Rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced **Marketing** **Account Executive** from any background with a passion for construction and manufacturing, based in West Malling My client is entering a transformative phase geared towards B2B expansion, seeking someone to play a pivotal role in shaping its success

Working as a **Marketing Account Executive**, **you will be managing a portfolio of new and existing clients,** developing the relationship to ensure exceptional delivery, retention, and growth of the accounts.

A day in the life of a **Marketing** **Account Executive within this vibrant team will be fast paced**, and could include:

- Supporting and implementing a **business development strategy,** whilst monitoring and assisting with increasing revenue.
- **Execute marketing strategies** to attract new business and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
- **Acting as first point of contact** for new and existing clients, developing, and **maintaining relationships**
- Understanding your client’s business goals, objectives, and challenges to identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling products or services.
- Meeting regularly with clients, **reviewing account performance** and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Optimizing campaigns continuously by **analysing performance metrics**, conducting A/B tests, and implementing **data-driven insights.**
- Coordinating with internal teams, such as sales, and operations, to address Specifiers' needs, deliver on commitments, and drive revenue growth.
- **Monitor and report** on KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and present insights to senior management.
- **Monitoring key account metrics** and analyse data to **identify trends**, measure performance, and develop actionable insights.
- Anything else as required

No two days will be the same in this role

**A Marketing Account Executive within this business will have**:
**- 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role**

**- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.**

**- Proven track record of planning and executing successful acquisition campaigns**
- B2C & B2B Marketing andPR experience
- **A collaborative approach, **able to work with all stakeholders
- **An eye for a new opportunity**
- Likeability and creativity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- **Organisational skills **akin to a top PA
- The ability to work well under pressure **managing multiple projects** simultaneously
- **High personal standards**, taking pride in their appearance and social skills
