Marketing Communications Executive

Commercial Services Group is recruiting for a Marketing Communications Executive on behalf of Cantium Business Solutions, which is part of Commercial Services Group.

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

**Key Duties**
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service & team standards, translating ideas and suggestions into internal communications, campaigns, events and resources which enable our people to provide exceptional service for our customers
- Proactively develop positive relationships with key stakeholders across the business and utilise the most appropriate and best practice methods for the delivery of key messages
- Using excellent writing/editing skills the Marketing Communications Executive will support and shape messages to align with our business goals and internal brand.
- Be the expert on our Intranet platform, ‘Candoo', to include having a firm understanding of the information architecture and wireframe to be able to support, develop and improve the end user experience.
- Deliver Internal Campaign Calendar to improve staff engagement levels across the business and in segmented audiences.

**What we need from you**
- Brilliant writing and story telling skills
- Experience of working on a variety of internal and external communication plans from inception to completion
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Ability to deal with pressure, cope with large workload and juggle multiple priorities.
- Writing and editing original copy
- Proof reading and editing content from a range of sources
- Highly IT literate with some experience of Content Management Systems (CMS), social media scheduling software and Google Analytics (desirable)
- Experience working in a KPI driven environment (desirable)
