Job Title: Assistant Service Desk Administrator

**Salary**: £21,000 - £24,000 pa (dependent on experience)
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: 6 month contract (view to be extended or go permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a small business based in Welwyn Garden City. They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in administration
- Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Competent with Microsoft Packages

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assign service requests to the appropriate engineer and keep the service diary up to date
- Deal with part request from customers & engineers and log on the system
- Ensure paperwork is received from all engineers and completed accurately
- Maintain high customer service at all times
- Ensure system is kept up to date
- Provide ongoing support on an Ad-hoc basis.
