Commercial Assistant

**Purpose**:
To support the Category Management team in the management of USED products across the business.
This role would suit a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills seeking a career in Category Management.
**Primary Objectives**:
- To release all used stock to the Wex website
- Ensure prices are correct and in line with existing used stock holding
- Ensure a minimum of two images are held for all used products on the website
- Upload products into their relevant category structures ensuring they are mapped accurately and in line with existing stock.
- Update product prices as directed by the Category Manager
- Assist with eBay Customer Management
- Listing products for sale
- Answering customer queries in a timely manner
- Creating orders for sold items to ensure delivery promises are met
- Liaise with the Trade in Team Managers to raise and discuss any potential product discrepancies
- Flush and release used products purchased through any other retail stores as and when required.
- To assist the category Managers with any other day to day tasks as required.
**Experience and Characteristics**:
- Previous commercial experience preferred but not essential.
- A high degree of attention to detail and strong copywriting skills is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast paced, change prone environment and to tight deadlines.
- Computer literate with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Apps such as Word and Excel.
**Working Hours**:
The normal hours of work will be 40 per week Monday to Sunday between 7:30 am-6 pm.
