We specialise in Residential and Commercial property matters, Landlord & Tenant issues, Business Law, and private client services such as Wills and Estate Planning.Role DescriptionWe are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to head up our Commercial Conveyancing department in our Stalham and Wroxham offices. As Head of Commercial Conveyancing, you’ll lead a skilled team of conveyancers and support staff, managing a broad range of Commercial Property transactions including Agricultural work as well as dealing with Residential transactions to assist the Residential Team.You’ll play a key role in shaping the strategy of the department, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services.Lead and manage the commercial conveyancing departmentHandle complex commercial and residential property mattersDevelop and maintain client relationshipsSupport business development and contribute to firm-wide growthSupervise, mentor, and support team membersEnsure compliance with regulatory and quality standardsThe ideal candidate would have 5 years PQE with extensive experience in Commercial Conveyancing, proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, and excellent communication skills. xpwpeyx Full‑time position, 35 hours per week, salary negotiable with some flexibility regarding hybrid working, pension and health care cover.Seniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Sales and ManagementIndustries: Legal Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
