Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Commercial. As the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales & Estimating department. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets;
- Lead and supervise the sales & Estimating team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success;
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders;
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular phone calls and chasing quotes that have been sent for feedback, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities;
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals;
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments;
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the commercial team and provide coaching and feedback as needed;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven experience in managing commercial operations and driving business growth.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £40,000.00 per year
