In this role you will support the delivery of the business strategy by:
- Co-Ordinating all forecasting/budgeting preparations and submissions - P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash and KPI’s, preparing Group Head Office Submissions- Influencing business partners and business leaders to ensure that input is gathered from all areas of the organisation and collated to produce a robust forecast/budget- Supporting key stakeholders in the preparation of the Business Strategy by providing insightful analysis of trends, market, competition, and macro economics- Development/Design of existing/new internal models and reports to support the forecast process through business analysis and partnering- Managing, guiding, and supporting Business Intelligence Business Partners (BI) & Analysts with system development to provide clear, concise, and rich data analysis- Supporting development of reports through systems to deliver fact-based discussions throughout all levels of the organisation- Continual improvement of finance systems and processes- Preparation/collation of various reporting i.e., Monthly reports, Forecast/budget reports
What do you need to be successful in this role?- Bachelor's degree (BA) in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or other relevant Business degree- Recognised Accounting Qualification (CPA, CMA, ACMA, ACCA, ACA, CGMA)- Strong system (SAP/BI) experience- 3 years+ People Management- Experience within a service-based organisation/function- Excellent excel skills & confident with integrated business systems - Able to tailor communication skills to different personalities
