Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person to join our team at our office in Malvern. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. This position is essential for maintaining efficiency within the organisation and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to customer service.

Strong attention to detail is a pre-requisite. Experience in Financial Services would be great, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to other team members and the Director.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
