Job description

The Safer Communities Team in Ealing coordinates the borough’s partnership problem solving to respond to reports of anti-social behaviour and noise and nuisance issues.

Working within a fast-paced service, you will be responsible for leading on all noise and nuisance investigations within a defined geographical area. These will include primarily household nuisance and nuisance caused by wider contextual issues, such as anti-social behaviour. A sound understanding of legislation changes and knowledge of intervention and enforcement tools are key. Customer focus, results focus, a commitment to continual development and excellent communication skills are all important attributes.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016
