**About the Role**
The Service Advisor role is one of the most important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. Therefore, we are looking for an individual with excellent time management, organisational and inter-personal skills to join our team. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
**About You**
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in a Service Advisor role within the motor industry.
