**About the role**:
To thrive in this busy front-line service, you’ll need excellent administration and organisational skills, along with a genuine passion for supporting households at risk of homelessness.

You’ll be part of a dynamic triage team, acting as the first point of contact for applicants seeking help. We’re looking for someone with:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage sensitively with vulnerable individuals
- Customer service experience
- A collaborative mindset and team spirit
- Confidence in managing competing priorities under pressure
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality, person-centred service

**Additional information**:
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
