Company Description

Culina Group are a market - leading food and drink 3PL specialist. We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a full time, permanent basis at our** Milton Keynes** depot on our **AG BARR contract on a day shift.**

We are looking to recruit **Warehouse Operatives to join our site in Milton Keynes on a permanent full-time contract working within a customer site. This role pays up to £23,953 per annum and offers excellent training opportunities.**

**Job Description**:
Shift Pattern**:

- Monday - Friday DAYS Rotation (06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00)

**Salary**:

- ** £12.25 - £16.50 depending on shift pattern.**:

- ** Up to £23,953 per annum depending on shift.**

Job duties:

- Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
- Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
- Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
- Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
- Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
- Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment

**Qualifications**:

- FLT Licence (in house or outhouse) preferred.
- Ability to work within a warehouse environment
- Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Conscientious and reliable nature
