Warehouse Operative MK17 Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Milton Keynes MK17 Salary: £13.42 - £13.92 per hour Standard Overtime: paid at time and a quarter for any work over 40 hours Hours: Full-time Rota: Any 5 out of 7 days a week (may include weekends) 06:00 – 14:30 / 14:00 – 22:30 Start Date: Immediately / ASAP As a General Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks to ensure stock is stored, handled, and distributed efficiently. The role involves working closely with other team members to meet daily targets while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Packing and preparing orders for dispatch Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles Storing goods in the correct locations within the warehouse Conducting regular stock checks and inventory management Ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and organised Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts (training provided if required) Always adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies Heavy lifting required, up to 20kg Skills And Experience Required Must be able to drive as you will be based at the Luton site for 1 month, and then move to Milton Keynes site on a full-time basis Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to lift and move heavy items Excellent team player with a positive attitude Good communication skills English speaking What We Offer Competitive pay Full training A friendly, supportive team environment If you are a proactive individual who enjoys working in a hands‑on role and thrives in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
