**About The Role**:
**Are you passionate about Water Polo in England and want to contribute to the future development of it?**
- Do you have knowledge and experience of talent identification and development?
- Do you have broad experience developing water polo players?
We are seeking experienced Talent Centre Assistant Coaches to join our team on a temporary basis. You will be required to work 15 weeks throughout the year, on average 2 hours per week at a rate of £10.90 per hour (£12 within London).
There are nine roles available in total, four in the East Region, one within the North Region and four within the South Region.
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Water Polo Programme. In addition, Swim England’s new 10-year strategy is about to be launched, which will focus on ensuring our aquatics environments promote an open and welcoming culture, with participant welfare at their heart.
Reporting to the Talent Centre Age Group Coach, you will assist in identifying, developing and nurturing players on the Talent pathway to ensure they have all the skills needed to thrive as future national team players.

**About You**:
- Have an understanding of talent identification and development, from a technical perspective.
- Have enthusiasm to develop talent
- Have knowledge of athlete performance programmes.
- Have a positive approach to being part of a team and be willing to follow direction from Age Croup and Head Coaches
- Passionate about an open and fair approach to talent identification
- Have a willingness and enthusiasm for CPD training including development reviews
