**About The Role**:
Are you an experienced administrator seeking your next role? We are seeking to recruit a team member to join the talent team on a permanent, part time basis working 30hrs a week. Where possible flexible working requests will be considered._ _
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Sport Development Directorate as part of a busy talent team responsible for delivering the England Talent Pathways across Swimming, Diving, Artistic Swimming and Water Polo aquatic disciplines.
Reporting to the England Talent Programme Manager you will be responsible for;
- Provide strong efficient administrative support to the England Talent Discipline Programmes
- Ensure the delivery of clear communication and an understanding of requirements both through verbal and written portals across relevant sectors of Talent Programmes, both to internal and extrernal stakeholders
- Work with relevant teams to ensure successful outcomes for Talent Discipline events - i.e. volunteer and paid workforce, parents and athletes, delivery centres.
- Ensure timely and accurate administration of timesheet and expense forms, with sign off from the appropriate manager/budget holder.
- Ensure accurate and up to date information is collected, recorded, uploaded and stored as appropriate.
- Work with Talent Discipline teams as required in the selection of athletes for schemes and initiatives relevant to the Talent Programme, e.g. SportsAid, Backing the Best and any other appropriate schemes that are identified.
- Work with internal and external departments in conjunction with Talent Discipline Leads to ensure requirements of the talent programme delivery are met.
- Organise, and communicate Discipline Team meetings, with clear agendas, completing recorded meeting minutes with sign off from appropriate lead and dissemination to relevant applicable personnel.
- Work with talent leads and purchasing to ensure appropriate travel and accommodation is procured in line with programme delivery schedules.
- Be an effective point of contact to external stakeholders, including but not limited to support staff, parents and athletes.
- Work with talent leads and the kit manager to ensure appropriate kit is procured and delivered in line with programme delivery schedules.
- Carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager or Head of Department.
- Proactively comply with and promote all organisation policies, in particular those relating to Equality and Diversity and Health & Safety.

**About You**:
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload
- Good understanding of administration principles
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Good knowledge of the use of technology to streamline administration without compromising quality
- Demonstrable experience of delivering a high quality administration service
- Ability to cope under pressure while managing multiple pieces of work and complex tasks
- GCSE Grade A-C in Mathematics and English
- Be willing to undertake a DBS check
Previous experience / knowledge of working in a National Governing Body of sport would also be advantageous.
