You'll be working for British Gypsum in Barrow-Upon-Soar. British Gypsum is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK.

- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Handling high volumes of work and the ability prioritising
- IT literate to include databases and spreadsheets
- Dealt with coordination within a past role-preferably with training and compliance in mind
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Database Management
**Other skills that are desirable not essential**
- Diary Management
- Experience using SAP
- Business admin experience or qualification
- Industry Experience
**What will I be doing in the role?**
Our Training and Compliance Administrators are one of our most important roles in the business. A great Administrator will help keep our business running smoothly and be a key member of the **site** they operate in for all colleagues. They are the person that organises and knows everything that is going in their area of responsibility and has a flexible approach to their work. To support the business you will;
- Provide full administrative support to the Plant Manager and management teams
- Coordinate all training for compliance of environmental and safety factors at the site
- Ensure adequate systems to comply with Plant and Business Controls and audits
