- **What you’ll do**- We are looking for a Customer Technical Authority to be a Technical Champion for a nominated customer, you will represent their interests within Vodafone, ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales and Service Management to deliver exceptional outcomes. Acting as a Technical Consultant, you will bring deep technical expertise and detailed customer knowledge, understanding the in-life services, solutions, and infrastructure that underpin Vodafone’s delivery.- You will provide timely technical consultancy to both internal stakeholders and the customer, supporting the full lifecycle of services—from operational readiness and integration to ongoing support. Through proactive and pre-emptive activities, you will drive service enhancements and improvements across product and service lifecycles, ensuring the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Who you are**-
- In-depth technical knowledge of Vodafone products and services.
- In-depth intimate knowledge of customer services.
- In-depth knowledge of BAU operational support teams within the business.
- Experience of supporting the customer’s in-life technical requirements into Vodafone while considering KPIs, SLAs and long-term objectives etc.
- Experience of ensuring service improvements/enhancements are owned and driven to improve the overall customer and internal stakeholder’s experiences.
- Previous experience in a 3rd Line Support function.
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL best practices.
- A recognised networking qualification such as CCNA/CCNP.
- Must be eligible for SC Clearence.
