**Job Role**: Programme Coordinator - Building Remediation

**Location**: Remote role - with a few potential office visits. New Milton/Luton/Worcester

**Hours**:35 per week

As the Programme Coordinator, you will contribute to our vision of being the **UKs favourite **property manager by:

- Being a point of contact for our customers, providing them with great communication and information in a helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous manner in line with our values and behaviours.
- Ensure all data is up to date, including all associated remedial action, working with the Building Remediation Team, as well as other internal stakeholders in the business, to ensure all documents and processes are up-to date and in progress.
- Assist with coordinating data to produce routine progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with the wider business, as well as external third-party contractors to effectively manage various projects relating to elements of building safety, ensuring efficiency, progress and the production of regular updates and reports for clients and senior management.

This role reports to the Programme Manager Building Remediation

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound customer relations in a timely manner, ensuring great communication in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
- Closely liaise with and support the Building Remediation Managers to ensure customer communications are circulated in an organised and timely way.
- Highlight elevated inbound interactions from customers that could become critical to the team and wider business.
- Identify process improvements needed to ensure that we increase efficiency and productivity throughout the duration of projects.
- Coordinate and own several projects relating to building safety, ensuring the successful delivery, as well as routine reporting on progress.
- Manage portal updates and diarise relevant requirements, ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date.
- Collate data to enable reporting on key progress areas throughout the projects
- Collate and deliver regular management information reporting and trend analysis, including portal requirements and relevant progress updates.
- Liaise with key delivery partners sharing portal progress updates and challenges identified.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Any other task deemed reasonable by your line manager which may be required from time to time.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Able to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external specialisms and coordinate projects through to completion.
- A genuine interest and experience in understanding Property Management and building remediation issues and relevant legislation.
- Able to plan work with teams effectively and prioritise activity in line with risk.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability for the process.
- Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and make appropriate decisions.
- Excellent IT skills, social-media savvy and up to date with new technology.
