We have an exciting new role that has come available in the Medical HR Team for a Medical HR Administrator to support the ever-growing medical workforce.

The Medical Workforce Administrator will provide administrative to the Medical HR Team and will be responsible for all activities in preparation for a new medical starter, including Substantive consultants, SAS doctors and Doctors in Training and locums. This will include, completing requests for, Smartcards, ID Badges, IT access and Laptops and Mobile phones. You will be the first point of contact to ensure all boarding queries are dealt within the first few weeks.

The post holder will assist in the administration of the doctors in training. This includes pre and post-employment activity, induction and co-ordination across the Trust, collating data on new starters and movers within the trust to provide to IT to allow laptops to be coordinated, also highlighting leavers to IT so arrangement can be made for these to be collected.

The post holder will provide admin support to Rota Coordinators, updating Healthroster with information collated at rotations, sending user guides to medical workforce colleagues. They will be responsible for updating assignment numbers on Healthroster for all new medical starters including Juniors to allow them to claim expenses, book annual leave and study leave as soon as they take up their new post. This will include processing vehicles on the expenses system.
