The Role: Build Co-Ordinator

Location: Stratford Upon Avon

**Salary**: £45,000 plus benefits: healthcare, 30 days holiday (& 8 bank), pension, flexible working.

We are looking to recruit a build co-ordinator who can support a new client side, full fibre network build programme across the West Midlands region to start, but then scale into national projects. This will mainly be an office based role (With flexibleworking for work from home) and will work closely to support the field based build managers.

This will be working for a rapid growth full fibre network owner who are coming at things with a different slant.

This particular position will mainly be focused on the support side of the build, and you'll work closely with the in house build management teams, and the engaged contract partners who will be doing the civils. The build area will be a mixture of PIA andnew duct and day to day, you'll be looking to cover the following:

- Ensure all work that requires a Notice of Intent (NOI) is logged on both the internal systems and Openreach Duct and Pole Portal
- Monitor and manage the Network Adjustment (NA) process with the Sub Contractors ensuring that all relevant information is gathered, relevant and submittable to BT Openreach (BTOR)
- Work to ensure the company both achieves and maintains its Path To Collaboration (PTC) status with BTOR
- Track and report against the NA fund for the release of payments for NA's completed
- Work alongside the Streetworks team to ensure all work allocated to be performed within BTOR network is covered by relevant Permits when required
- Perform emergency or reactive whereabouts to maintain compliance to the BTOR Passive Infrastructure Access (PIA) process
- Job pack management
- Assisting with invoicing and payments
- Material requisitions and queries
- Reporting

It's going to be mainly office based so on that basis, we need someone within range of the project office in Stratford Upon Avon. You won't be in the office 5 days a week and some flexible working is in play, but you'll probably be in the office more oftenthan not during the early stages of the project, so location is important and you'll probably need to be able to drive due to the location not being that close to public transport.

This is a new job, in a company with a lot of financial backing who will be going through rapid growth over the next couple of years. On that basis, you'll need to roll up your sleeves and muck in, as the position will come with a lot of influence into howthings will work, but the processes and procedures aren't there yet, so that think on the feet attitude will be key.

Your background:
You'll be a co-ordinator from the telecoms network build industry and will need to understand how things work when it comes to logging details associated with both new duct and PIA. Maybe a project co-ordinator, build co-ordinator or project administratorfrom fibre roll out support who is looking to move into a new player who will be scaling rapidly.

This is going to be a fast moving delivery programme but with a strong eye on quality, and this is a new role to further support the expanding build and you'll work closely with the streetworks manager, the build managers and delivery managers. Key pointis the chance to join the business fairly early, help to play a part in the scalability and process and then hopefully be in a strong position in the coming future as they continue to grow in the UK but with a strong eye on the West Midlands programme area.
