**HR Administrator - Full Time - Knottingley £22,050 per annum**

Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent communication skills and used to working in a fast paced environment?

Real Life Options is a nationwide charity based in Knottingley, we offer personal and professional development to support you along your career path.

Some of the duties are:

- Supporting and administering the employee life journey, from recruitment processes right through to processing leavers and conducting exit interviews
- A big part of this role is working with Support Service Managers keeping them up to date with their recruitment and on boarding.
- You will provide general advice, guidance and support to employees.
- Accurately record all personnel information in a timely manner on to the HR system, therefore, attention to detail is essential.
