Senior HR Advisor

As a Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing sound and practical advice and support on people matters including policy and legal guidance. You will also work alongside the HR Business Partner to improve performance and management culture.

Page Personnel have partnered with a global manufacturing organisation who supply sustainable, infinitely recyclable, metal and glass packaging for brand owners around the world.
They are now looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join them at their West Yorkshire site on a full time, permanent basis.

**Description**

As a Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

- Driving the people strategy and development with local management teams in line with the businesses strategy
- Providing sound and practical advice and support on ER related matters
- Maintaining the integrity of HR and people processes ensuring that they are always fit for purpose and aligned with UK policies
- Managing HR Administrative duties including on-boarding, producing offer and contract letters, absence and performance management, and grievances and disciplinaries.

**Profile**

The successful Senior HR Advisor will have:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar Advisory role, ideally within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge and capabilities relating to Employment Legislation and best practices
- Experience with Trade Unions would be desirable but not essential
- Ability to coach managers and enhance their capabilities
- CIPD Qualification

**Job Offer**
