You’ll plan and deliver our annual MyVoice Conference, run the surveys that influence our improvements, and turn insight into clear action.You’ll work closely with Marketing, HR, Operations and senior leaders, and you’ll chair the MyVoice Working Group to keep everyone focused on what the feedback is telling us.This role exists because the programme has grown, and now needs dedicated leadership to take it to the next level.Lead the programmePlan and deliver the annual MyVoice ConferenceChair the MyVoice Working GroupSupport the existing committee so they can contribute effectivelyGather meaningful insightOversee surveys for people supported and employeesImprove response ratesAnalyse data and identify themes and trendsProduce the quarterly MyVoice Impact ReportTurn insight into actionLead the “You Talked, We Listened – We Acted” cycleWork with operational leads to embed actions across servicesTrack and evidence the impact of the programmeBuild visibility and influenceWork with Marketing & Communications to share outcomesKeep the MyVoice narrative aligned to our mission and valuesBuild relationships across all divisionsShape the future direction of MyVoiceAbout youYou’re someone who enjoys bringing people together and turning conversations into practical next steps. You’re organised, thoughtful, and motivated by seeing real change. You want your work to matter, and you want the impact to be visible.You’ll need to travel across England and Scotland, and occasionally work outside normal office hours to support key events.This role needs someone who brings both heart and structure, someone who is passionate about meaningful engagement but also capable of delivering a programme with discipline and clarity.You’ll needExperience in programme or project managementBackground in social care, community engagement, or similar people-focused workExperience delivering events or organisation-wide initiativesStrong data analysis and reporting skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationComfort engaging with people supported, frontline teams and senior leadersConfidence chairing meetings and influencing stakeholdersStrong organisational skills and the ability to plan aheadA person-centred approach and inclusive mindsetWhy this role mattersMyVoice is a powerful part of who we are as a social care provider.
