Office Manager/pa

A well-established international boutique law firm are looking to appoint an Office Manager/ PA. This role will be based in their Newcastle city Centre office, working full time.
You will be providing organisational and admin support to all directors and fee earners in the Newcastle Office.
**About the role**:
- Arrange meetings and appointments, and booking international and UK travel and accommodation
- Prepare presentations
- Take dictation
- Support fee earners with billing and credit control
- Ensure client database is accurate
- Review and improve office processes and systems, oversee H&S and associated risks and checks
- Liaise with Risk and Compliance Officer
- Monitor and maintain case management system for compliance
**About you**:
- Previous PA or Office Management experience
- Audio typing and word processing skills
- Good standard of Education with GCSE English or Maths, ideally a legal qualification
- Knowledge of MS Office packages
- Efficient and organised, you will have good communication skills and able to proactively manage your workload
