**Sales Administrator -£25,000 - £29,000 DOE** **+ Benefits - Guildford, Surrey**

**The Role**

Are you goal-oriented and possess a deep knowledge of customer service best practices? Do you possess exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team? Is so, would love to meet you.

We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.You will report directly to the Sales Director and MD.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator, but are not limited to:

- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Invoice orders.
- Provide quotations to customers.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Process and keep track of equipment coming for repair/calibration.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

T&R Test Equipment Ltd. is one of UK’s certifiedleading manufacturers of heavy current and high voltage electrical test equipment.

**The Person**

The key skills and qualities of a Sales Administrator are:

- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent is a plus.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
