**Position summary**
We are looking to appoint a keen, creative and conscientious individual to join our Marketing Department, this position will support the Sales & Marketing team and our business overall.
As part of the fast-paced Marketing team, you will assist in creating new and inspiring copy and the sourcing of images for the If Only website, brochures, social media plus other areas where content is required, as well as maintaining existing content to ensure it is up to date, imaginative, accurate and persuasive. You will also be required to manage the website’s online promotional marketing activity, ensure evidence of all marketing is maintained and clearly stored, while also being responsible for inputting information required on our client documentation via our database.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Update and refine existing content on the If Only website, including countries, destinations and hotels
- Add content to If Only website for new product/hotels and ensure it is ready to launch to in time with deadlines
- Research and write engaging content for the If Only website ensuring brand guidelines are followed and SEO and audience are considered
- Maintain all web pages to ensure content is up to date and adapt pages to any amendments
- Create content where required for If Only client documentation including linking content with inhouse systems
- Create bespoke landing pages, homepage banners and for hotels, airlines, tourist boards and special promotions, including SEO-friendly copy and relevant design.
- Support the wider marketing team on any ad-hoc content jobs

**Minimum requirements**: (education, experience, specific knowledge, skills)
- Experience in writing for the web, brochures, content management systems and internet research
- Exceptional skills in grammar, spelling, written style and consistency
- Creative and able to alter writing style to reflect audience
- A client-centric thinker with the ability to balance the commercial needs of the business with those of a client
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong personal organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure & react quickly to change
