Full training provided on systems and customer service which can be used in future roles.

We are looking for a confident individual who has a passion for Retail Sales & Marketing.

- Develop and implement effective content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement on Instagram & TikTok
- Manage content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
- Assist in the management of social media accounts, crafting posts that resonate with our audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation and customer service, preferably in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies on Social Media
- Familiarity with TikTok Video techniques and tools to enhance online visibility.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to develop engaging content strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experience in social media management, including creating engaging posts tailored for different platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications at the end of the Term:
You will receive a certificate of a fully completed apprenticeship role outlining the skills learned throughout your role
