**The Role**

As a Retail Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience. You’ll work in dynamic retail environments, helping shoppers, promoting products, and ensuring stores look their best.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Assisting with product displays, restocking, and merchandising
- Processing sales through POS systems
- Supporting promotional events and product launches
- Creating a positive shopping experience for all customers

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A friendly, confident, and energetic personality
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A passion for customer service and retail
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus - but not essential
