Working across all of our sites to ensure that they run smoothly and efficiently. You will be point of contact for sub contractors, arranging regular maintenance and upkeep of sites. You will develop an understanding on how each site is set up and keep accurate records. You will also be required to be on hand in an emergency when power cuts or leaking pipes etc may occur and organise a response.

**Essential Skills**
- Tractor driving
- Basic mechanical skills
- Experience with hand tools and basic construction
- Experience of managing land & buildings
- Ability to think independently
- Pragmatic
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Good communication skills
- A valid driver's licence is beneficial for operating company vehicles

**Desired Extra Skills**
- Chainsaw / strimmer tickets
- Telehandler
- Tree planting/knowledge of plants
- Animal husbandry
- Trailer experience

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
