Customer Advisor - Salary £24200

We are looking for a new customer advisor to support with client and customer requests within our Staff Pensions teams. Are you someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills? Do you have exceptional problem solving skills? Then this role may be the perfect fit for you

A bit about the job:
Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in a customer service/financial services role.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload whilst remaining flexible.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills with a Minimum grade C GCSE or Grade 4 Maths.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to learn as we have multiple internal systems that will be used.

- Starting salary £24200 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
