We are looking for Remote Working - Customer Partner to join our team

Full time, Permanent

Remote - work from home - (Must be eligible to work in the UK)

Your role:
You will be responsible for communicating between the client, customer and engineers with the view of resolving the policy holders claim as quickly and smoothly as possible. You be speaking to and helping customers who have claimed on their household insurancepolicy. You will have full claims ownership, and the aim is to get the claim settled as soon as possible. The role will also involve communicating with various stakeholders.

You will handle a variety of customer calls as part of our team and help to deliver exceptional customer service. You will learn how to effectively deal with customers, clients and colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures. We are constantly workingtowards achieving the perfect journey for our customers, we will help build your confidence and your skills as an individual helping you to take ownership of your calls

**Requirements**:

- Motivated and organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Available to work shifts
- I.T literate (ideally with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
