Chwarae Teg is a registered charity with a vision for a fairer Wales where all women can achieve and prosper. Our mission is to inspire, lead and deliver gender equality in Wales. We currently have a vacancy for 2 x Employer Partners to join our business programme team and make a positive and lasting difference to business practices in Wales.
Working with SME clients from various industries across Wales, you will be supporting them through our successful and impactful fully funded programme. You’ll be reviewing their current working practices, providing recommendations and constructive challenge for change, and offering guidance and support to improve equality and equity in recruitment, retention and progression; giving them a strategic advantage.
This role will provide an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of businesses, experience a range of management styles and cultures and further develop your practical knowledge of equality, diversity, inclusion and the progression of women in the workforce.
**Remote Working**
All roles within Chwarae Teg are home-based and facilitated by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes. We expect this role to be carried out predominantly via video conferencing and other virtual communication methods.

**Flexibility**: All Chwarae Teg roles are offered on a flexible basis due to our agile working model. Condensed hours, part time/job share and secondments may be considered.
**Job Description **
The Employer Partner has a key role in delivering our successful and impactful business programme to our clients. The role will report to the Senior Delivery Partner - Business, and be accountable for:
- Delivering the Business Programme service to the customer to effect culture change within SMEs in Wales. Including: scoping and diagnostic meetings, developing an action plan, and delivering advice, support, consultancy and workshops defined in the action plan.
- Managing customer accounts and relationships, responding to customer needs and feedback and bringing the customer feedback back to Chwarae Teg for further product development.
- Taking shared ownership of the quality, design and delivery of development programmes to increase delivery impact.
- Working with the marketing and communication team to support the promotion of the Business programme.
- Keeping up to date with the latest thinking related to the field of equality, diversity and inclusion, leadership and organisational development, inclusive working practices and employment law to enhance the continual development of the programme.
- Other duties as allocated by the business.

To carry out this role effectively, it is essential that the post holder has demonstrable experience of success in the following areas:
- Has a commercial mindset and experience of working in a customer facing environment and supporting organisations in delivering change in an HR consultant role or organisational development role.
- Have a detailed understanding and practical experience of equality, diversity, agile working, culture change, change management and modern working.
- Have the ability to drive change in a partnership, providing ‘friendly challenge’ and innovative thinking.
