Clinical Assistant

We are looking for a Clinical Assistant to join our team to help create a positive experience for our patients whenever they visit. This is a part-time vacancy working Mondays 7am-11am and Fridays 1pm - 8pm with the possibility of more hours becoming available.

Skills Required:

- Excellent English - written and spoken
- A polite, professional and upbeat manner
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Experience in cash handling, banking and good bookkeeping skills
- The ability to work well within a team to provide the best service possible to all clients
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks based on the needs of the business
- High level of confidentiality
- Empathy for patients and clients
- A high level of computer literacy

**Responsibilities**:

- Replying to messages on Instagram/Facebook
- Managing the clinic phone lines - handling all incoming enquiries
- Making, rescheduling, confirming and cancelling appointments
- Processing payments, issuing refunds, cash handling
- Keep the reception area running smoothly
- Maintaining the standards of the clinic client areas
- Assisting with stock control
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Helping patients complete their new patient paperwork
- Preparing patient files by obtaining personal health information
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
