**The role**:
We now have an interesting, varied opportunity for an agent to carry out viewings on an ad hoc basis at residential properties throughout Edinburgh. You will act as an ambassador for the Firm, liaising directly with our Residential Property team to show prospective buyers around residential properties.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare properties for viewings and meet and greet potential buyers;
- Show potential buyers around the property, highlighting all relevant features and points of interest;
- Answer where possible, any questions, or forward requests for further information back to the Property Department;
- Record viewers’ contact details and any feedback;
- Secure the property and promptly return keys, contact details, and feedback to the Property Department;
- Report any issues with the property to the Property Department;
- Complete and submit monthly timesheets accurately and timeously to the Property Department.

**Working pattern**:
Variable/ad hoc

This role would suit a confident, well-presented individual, with excellent communication skills, who is friendly and approachable, enthusiastic and has a keen interest in residential property. Most importantly is the ability to maintain a position of trust. A clean driving licence is not essential but would be helpful.

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent communication skills;
- Confident and personable;
- Punctual and reliable;
- Good local and geographical knowledge of Edinburgh
