Apex has a busy exhibitions team who need reliable office support with day to day administration.
Hours 9am - 5pm, 4 or 5 days per week, however these hours are flexible by arrangement and will be attractive to those looking to fit in with family commitments. The job is office based, but we may consider some time spent working from home.

You will assist a busy team who manage the development and delivery of bespoke exhibition stands across the UK and internationally.
You will be required to work on social media posts, travel and hotel bookings, liaison with suppliers, checking invoices, ensuring clients are kept updated, relaying messages and other associated admin. duties.

**Essential qualities** - you must be able to demonstrate these, and you will be tested as part of the recruitment process:

- You must be a good communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
- You must be very IT literate and have experience of posting to social media platforms.
- You must be organised and have excellent attention to detail.
- You must be knowledgeable and experienced in Word, Outlook and Excel.
- You will need to demonstrate at least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar office administration role.

Salary is £11-£13 per hour, paid monthly. There is a company bonus scheme, paid holiday and a staff pension plan for all employees.
