**Part-Time Customer Experience Coordinator - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract**

**Hours: 18.5 per week Mon - Thurs 9am - 12.45pm, Friday 9am to 12.30pm**

**Salary £13,680 per annum**

First 6 weeks 9.30am - 1.15pm to undertake training

Hybrid working after successful probation period of 6 months

A new part-time fixed term contract opportunity has opened up in our Customer Experience Team where you can help shape and deliver a brilliant customer experience by being the first point of contact for our customer enquiries.

**About the role**:
As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Worthing Homes, you will be instrumental in delivering brilliant service and supporting our customers. Your ability to understand their needs, resolve challenges with professionalism, and build strong relationships will be key to your success.

- ** Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve customer issues, using strong problem-solving skills to negotiate outcomes that meet both customer needs and company policies.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide a seamless customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- ** Relationship Building**: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- ** Record Keeping**: Use internal systems to update customer records and track inquiries efficiently.
