**About the role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and team, who are on a mission to conquer the global third-party support market.

This role is based in our Berkshire head office - a two-minute walk from Thatcham train station with free on-site parking and easy access to many nearby towns and cities.

**Responsibilities**:

Continuously collaborating with our team of Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role briefs
- Proactive pipeline building for future requirements
- Conducting initial telephone screening and interviews, accurately assessing suitability and fit
Manage recruitment administration within the ATS, as well as on our key recruiting platforms
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and wider team as necessary
**What we’re looking for**:
To succeed in this role, you will need fantastic communication skills and the ability to talk to a variety of different people. Whilst resourcing experience would be preferable, it’s not essential, as you will receive continuous training. However, we would love to see the following in the successful applicant:

An eye - and perhaps an obsession - for detail, with the willingness to constantly keep systems and documents up to date
- Great organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
- A passion for learning and knowledge sharing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- An appreciation of our company culture - we work hard, but like to have fun whilst doing so
