Either way, we have an opportunity for an energetic, ambitious, and outgoing Sales Recruiter to join our journey as we go global. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will give you responsibility for recruiting within the UK and internationally, as Support Revolution grows across Europe, the Middle East, India, and beyond.**
**About the role**:
Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role sits within the internal Talent Acquisition function. You’ll be focusing on supporting our exciting growth plans, by owning and managing the end-to-end hiring process for sales positions, to ensure we are continuing to hire the best, most energetic sales talent for our team.
As we are growing internationally, you will also have the chance to recruit for global positions, making this role ideal for someone who is keen to expand their skills and remit.
This role is based in our Berkshire head office - a two-minute walk from Thatcham train station with free on-site parking and easy access to many nearby towns and cities.
**What you’ll be doing**:
No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:
- End-to-end recruiting for sales roles in the UK and internationally
- Identifying, attracting, networking with, and hiring high quality sales talent at all levels
- Partnering with our Sales Team Leads to understand requirements and provide regular hiring updates
- Arranging, conducting, and participating in telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Keeping updated with the latest sales hiring trends and competitor analysis, and educating our internal teams on this to ensure that we are an employer of choice
- Owning all recruitment administration and becoming a superuser of our ATS
- Showcasing and enhancing our employer brand
- Supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition with all hiring activity and strategy
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis on hiring activity
**What we’re looking for**:
Whilst experience of end-to-end sales recruitment isn’t essential, experience of commercial recruitment (either internally or in an agency environment) is important, as you will be tasked with growing our high-performing team. You will receive full training via our central learning management system, your line manager, and from a wide range of other sources, but it would help if you had the following:
- Experience in identifying, engaging, and onboarding strong sales talent, from entry to senior level
- Previous recruitment experience within an agency/RPO or internal environment; any experience recruiting for international roles is a bonus, but not a necessity
- Experience in owning end-to-end hiring activity for hires, from role sign off to onboarding
- Creative resourcing methods and the ability to source both active and passive talent
- A disruptive mindset. We are disrupting the third-party support market, and would love for someone to bring their unique ideas on how to recruit salespeople
- A curious and inquisitive nature. There is a lot to learn about the third-party support market, and this person will need to learn as much about it as possible
