**Office Administrator**

Position: Office Administrator

Hours: 36.5 hours

Shift: Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm and Friday 8.30am-3.30pm

Locations: Uddingston

Contract Term: Permanent

**Salary**: £20k-£22k (negotiable depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinating client requirements and engineer responses/movements
- Organising the administration side of delivering renewable contracts
- Producing team reports
- Typing letter, tenders, memos and documents
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Filing, photocopying and scanning

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of the larger team
- Effective internal and external communication, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent level of punctuality and reliability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
