**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, managing calendars, arranging meetings, and handling general correspondence.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update key business documents, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of tasks, supporting project management and operational initiatives.
- **Communication**: Act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the business.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle any queries or issues that arise, providing prompt solutions and escalating where necessary.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Administrative Experience**: Prior experience in a business support or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced office environment - Essential.
- **Organisational Skills**: Excellent ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in managing data and producing business documents.
- **IT Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using business management software being an advantage.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think on your feet and handle challenges efficiently.
