**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in the financial services sector. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Duties**:

- Analyse customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Provide information on financial products and services, guiding customers through their options.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer interactions.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify effective solutions.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: £21,643.00-£22,939.00 per year
