**The Role**

We have a brand-new role for an experienced Manager with a background in analytics to work with one of the North West's fastest growing tech companies who are looking to add a huge amount of Data and Analytics capability to their operations.

This is well suited to an experienced leader as you will be managing around 10 people and be responsible for all things analytics for them as a business. They do have other parts to the data team that run alongside their analytics group, namely BI / Engineeringand Data Science.

Data & Analytics is a strategic pillar for them, therefore, there has been a huge amount of investment. For this role we are ideally looking for someone with some knowledge of Tableau, however, all other analytical platforms such as PowerBI and Qlik canbe considered but you have to be happy to use Tableau as your primary tool in the role.

**Your responsibilities / accountabilities in this role will be**:

- Be the focal point and role model for the Analytics Team
- Identifying, sharing and spreading best practise throughout the business
- Promotion of Team work and collaboration
- Accountable for the delivery of all analytical output
- Accountable for the Tableau Platform
- Ensure that Insights are found, understood, communicated and used throughout the business.
- Line Management of the team, goal setting, career development etc.
- Ensure best practise is followed at all times.
- Presentation of analytical projects to senior stakeholders and C-Level.

**The Company**

The company are now in scaling mode and are expanding quickly, onboarding new clients and are therefore looking for an experienced senior data analyst to come in and help guide the strategy so they can continue to grow.

**Requirements**:

- In depth knowledge and experience with Tableau, Power BI or Qlik.
- Skills in SQL
- Line Management of a team of analysts
