**Job Title: Executive Assistant for Social Media Personality**
**Location**: Northwest London (Ideally within Zones 1-4/commutable distance from NW10 area)
**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM) with occasional weekends, travel, and evenings
**Benefits**: 28 days paid annual leave (inc bank holidays)
**Salary**: £30,000-40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + potential for yearly bonus (performance based)

Applicant will have extensive knowledge of all major social media platforms. Previous experience with a social media creator is considered highly beneficial. As an integral member of the team, this position will work closely with the executive, handling interactions with high-profile social media personalities and esteemed brands, demanding unwavering composure and professionalism.
This role is equally both a EA and PA role with the personal assistant role is likely to be dominant for the first few months of employment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct morning debriefs to discuss the day's priorities and tasks.
- Manage and maintain Google calendar, ensuring all upcoming appointments and deadlines are accounted for and efficiently organized.
- Schedule and prioritize meetings and appointments, considering various time zones and availability. Appointments would include doctors, hairdresser, dentist etc
- Acting as a gatekeeper for the executive by managing access to their time and prioritizing requests and invitations.
- Attend virtual meetings, take detailed notes, and provide post-meeting recaps to relevant parties.
- Prepare meetings by having briefs and agendas ready in advance.
- Assist in uploading and scheduling social media content, collaborating with Noden talent (talent agency) as needed.
- Collaborate on shooting social media content, ensuring smooth logistics and organization.
- Assist with drafting campaign captions upon familiarizing oneself with voice and brand.
- Assemble and manage tasks on project management platforms like Asana, in coordination with Noden talent.
- Work closely with Noden talent and keep up to date with Asana to ensure executives tasks are completed in a timely fashion and executives calendar is blocked off appropriately to allow for this
- Set up the nearby studio room (5 min drive) for filming, ensure it is well-prepared for shooting and ensure it is kept clean and tidy
- Keep track of incoming PR packages via spreadsheet and maintain an organized studio.
- Maintain spreadsheets for tracking all personal incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Manage business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car service, and meal reservations.
- Determine styling needs for trips, help create packing checklists, and when necessary help to prepare belongings for trips and unpack on return
- Assist with various household tasks, such as but not limited to dry cleaning, post office errands, grocery shopping, meal prep, keeping filming room tidy and online ordering pickups
- Liaise with cleaner for weekly clean of executives address
- Coordinate personalized gifting for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries.
- Blocking out personal time for the executive to recharge, spend time with family and avoid burnout.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and personal matters.

- Ability to take initiative, work proactively, and go the extra mile to get the job done.
- Excellent understanding of the EA/PA role, its dynamic nature and flexibility of hours and tasks required
- At least two years prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant **required.**:
- Self-directed and capable of handling tasks independently.
- Creative mindset and an eye for social media trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management platforms, preferably Asana (Preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills in English, including verbal and written abilities, are essential.
**Occasional Responsibilities**:
- Assisting in recruiting contractors for specific tasks (e.g., gardeners, housekeeping, further admin support).
- Working with the accountant to provide tax documents during tax season.
- Occasional assistance with organizing small family/friend gatherings, some of which may require travel elsewhere in the UK
- In the rare event that the executive's agency team is unavailable to provide in-person brand event support, assume responsibility for accompanying the executive and assisting with contracted social media deliverables. A valid passport is mandatory or should be in the process of procurement.
