This role will be **fully office based (5days a week in)**in their stunning office in Kensington and Chelsea, where the successful Social Media Manager will report directly into the Senior Marketing Manager.

**Please note previous luxury retail experience is essential.**

As part of a highly motivated team, the Social media Executive will be responsible for:
**Social Media Executive Responsibilities**:

- Closely working with our the Senior marketing Manager to Plan, Create and Post all social media content
- Create written and visual content for blogs, SM & website
- Keep up to date with latest Social Media industry trends
- Create regular e-shot content for current trade clientele
- Compile a list of influencers for potential collaborations and build relationships on brand ambassador programmes
- Be highly interactive on Social Media Platforms
- Compile Social Media performance reporting on monthly basis and report to Senior Marketing Manager
- Arranging for photoshoots and Creating content where needed
- Schedule all Social Media posts in a timely and accurate manner
- Attend events/photoshoots where content is needed for Social Media e.g. BTS.
- Monitoring competitor Social Media channels
- Plan, research content in line with the marketing calendar and latest trends
- Responding to customer queries which arise via Social Media channels
- Assisting on any non-Social Media projects such as data entry and website support where required
- Knowledge of all Social Media platforms including filming, editing & features
- Experience in managing social media accounts such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram & TikTok accounts (either personal or business)
- Experience in content creation and presentation of ideas
- An understanding of social media analytics
- Experience in video editing, both within YouTube, Tiktok & Instagram
- At least 2 years relevant work experience in this field
- Ability to write creative, cutting & inspirational pieces
- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to follow Instructions and work Independently on projects
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills while working under pressure
- Team player with strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
